A series of concerts exploring the music of Finland's best loved
composer. The Orchestra will perform a selection of Sibelius' most
important works including the complete symphonies, in a set of four
concerts to be given in both London (Barbican Hall) and Paris (La
Salle Pleyel); they will take part of the cycle to Spain. The Orchestra
will also program some more contemporary repertoire with a connection
to or influenced by Sibelius.
